It’s that time of year again – The CRG Annual Conference was upon us.
For Premier Foods it was time to get with the expo theme – Christmas.
Last year we had Daisy the Cow who went down a storm and is still touring the UK. This time it’s Christmas – what better way to get all festive than creating Santa’s Grotto, complete with tree, real effect fire and a rocking chair for santa.
We scamped out the idea, once approved set about the design and build. The stand was more than just a grotto, we needed a space for their very own development chef to demonstrate the versatility of Premier Foods products for one of the most important dates within the foodservice calendar.
Was it a success – I should think ho ho ho.
