Premier Foods are one of Britain’s largest food producers and suppliers, incorporating many well-known and well-loved British brands.
Aiming to attract more attention and repeat visits to their website, Premier Foods identified the need for a fresh approach to content and usability. A brainstorming session with Eclipse created a ‘wish list’ of desirable features, namely to enhance the experience for caterers visiting the site. The addition of practical ‘hints & tips’ on using Premier Foods products was agreed, as well as offering inspirational, seasonal recipes.
Eclipse identified the need for simplicity of design; enabling information to be easily updated, keeping the site content fresh and current. The Premier Foodservice website has since gone from strength to strength, seeing around a 200% increase in new and return visits.
